I was in touch with our lead developer for your issue, and our lead developer confirmed it’s a compatibility issue in the theme, our lead dev is working on the new theme update and soon within a couple of days, we will release the new theme update with the issue fixed, we kindly request for your patience and understanding.
Please Aizaz, it’s been 4 weeks now, and I can’t keep my client waiting so long. Are you able to fix the problem or not? I could have the website done by now

I am really trying to be understanding but what does “this week” mean? Today is friday. I need to make a call here for my client.
I either need a refund or the error fixed. If the error is fixed I can work on it this weekend but I really cant wait another week. This is 4 weeks now?
