Hello,
I have detected a compatibility issue between the Alpus Core plugin and Elementor version 3.24.0. After updating Elementor, my site showed a white screen and would not load. The specific error shown is:
PHP Fatal error: Declaration of Alpha_IconList_Elementor_Widget::get_style_depends() must be compatible with Elementor\Widget_Icon_List::get_style_depends(): array in /wp-content/plugins/alpus-core/framework/widgets/iconlist/widget-iconlist-elementor.php on line 53I had to roll back to Elementor version 3.23.4 in order for the site to work properly. I would appreciate it if you could review this incompatibility and provide a solution.
Thanks,

September 19, 2024 at 12:13 pm #8584Hello, @figueroaquilcanelson and Hello, @amministrazione,
Sorry for the inconvenience, but that compatibility issue is after the latest version of the Elementor, it was the major update from the Elementor, so our development team is working really hard to make the theme compatible with the latest version of the Elementor and we will soon release the new theme update with fix, so until then please be patient and also downgrade the Elementor version to work with the current version of the theme.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards.

September 25, 2024 at 5:45 pm #8588Hello there,
I also have the theme installed on a client’s website. Just roll back the Elementor to the 3.23.0 version, which will solve the problem. Find the way, man, find the way.
Cheers!
December 17, 2024 at 10:33 am #8603What’s going on with the update?
It’s still incompatible with the Elementor’s new versions.December 20, 2024 at 4:30 pm #8605It’s been like 3 months and there’s still no update to fix the Elementor compatibility. How long will we have to wait? Is there any progress on this or an estimated date for a definitive solution? Have you considered offering a temporary patch or an alternative that would allow the functionality to be maintained while the underlying problem is resolved?
January 21, 2025 at 5:53 am #8674Hello, @everyone,
The latest version of Elementor has some compatibility issues with our theme, and we’ve already informed our development team. They are currently working on an update to address these issues. Please be patient and wait for the new theme update to be released.
Till that please do not update the plugin.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best Regards,
