It has been 3-4 months since a forum message stated that you were working to resolve the issue with the latest version of Elementor. Surely, a fix should be in place by now?

I’ve had to revert to a previous version just to keep the website functional, but even so, I am experiencing display issues with certain Elementor elements that worked fine before.

We even paid extra to extend support, but we urgently need a definitive answer on when the fix will be available. If it is not expected soon, we will have no choice but to move to another theme and request a refund for the extended support.

I’ve recently updated Elementor on my website:https://nannyz.com, but I’m facing major display issues across multiple pages. Some widgets aren’t rendering correctly, and layout alignment is completely off. Is this a known issue, and are there any quick fixes or recommendations?

Yeah, I’ve tried using the support forum as suggested, sent an email, and even left a comment on the theme listing, but I’ve received no response – complete radio silence! I’m currently in the process of requesting a refund for our extended support, as there is no support – waste of time!

    Hello, @administrator,

You’re correct. The latest version of Elementor has some compatibility issues with our theme, and we’ve already informed our development team. They are currently working on an update to address these issues. Please be patient and wait for the new theme update to be released.

Till that please do not update the plugin.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
