I tried repeatedly to change the color of the theme, but there is no change in the basic theme. Is there another way to change the colors?

Essentially, the theme colors feature operates on the website, but certain elements such as the header, footer, blocks, and specialized content are sourced from the template builder. The template builder takes precedence over the theme options in determining these elements. To modify the colors, you need to edit the content within the template builder of the theme.
