I have tried installing theme on a new website , theme is conflicting instantly upon install , please help me out this is the second time i have major issues with your theme right from the get go … if i do not hear from you in 24 hrs , ill petition ThemeForest and ill ask for a full reinbursement .

We tried to Install the Alpus Core plugin on your site to fix your issue but faced this issue: Could not create a directory. /home/monica/public_html/wp-content/plugins/alpus-core/ please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/3kdpXWq8

As indicated by the issue, you also have the server permission issue related to the creation of the directory, so for this please contact your hosting provider and ask to fix it for you OR you can read and follow the instructions written in this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37157264/wordpress-plugin-install-could-not-create-directory

We have fixed all issues , we started to import a demo but as you can see it`s not loading up correctly. Please help with this matter .

As previously stated as soon as we clear initial issues that have been signaled we will change our review , please don`t push it and try to hold us hostages as we purchased in good faith , however we can see that same issue is repeting with multiple clients . Further more we believe that there are certain critical aspects not mentioned in your documentation.

We await your fix and after all is good we will keep our promise as well.

Again we have solved the issue for you on your site and imported the perfect demo, please revisit your site after clearing the browser cache, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/sB6Lcp3K

We also kindly ask you to please change your given bad review now as we have helped you resolve all of your issues now and none of them was because of our theme.

1. The first issue was because of the PHP version you were using outdated PHP version 7.2 and we updated it to 8.0
2. The second issue was the plugin not Installed and that was the permission issue of the plugin folder which we helped you resolve.
3. The last issue was the Demo not importing properly, so that was because of the WooCommerce plugin, as the Demo was not the Store demo, so that is why it was conflicting, we just disabled the WooCommerce plugin and reimported the demo and it worked properly.

Review updated on themeforest . thanks . I still belive those common issues should be fixed so they don`t reapear. also , here on your website , ticket interface can be improved greatly and subscribe pop-up is just annoying as it pops up at every refresh !
