Hello,
I have converted columns to flexbox container. After that, custom shape dividers from theme are not working and displaying.

April 30, 2024 at 8:14 am #8434Hello, @zeljko-kovac97,
Thank you for granting us access. I’ve reviewed the issue you mentioned and experimented with setting the shape divider within a container. It appears to be functioning correctly on my end, as illustrated in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/JyHYhH5X . There seems to be no issue. I trust this clarifies the matter.
Best Regards.
April 30, 2024 at 11:07 am #8435Hello,
Your answer doesn’t make sense. Elementor’s default shape dividers are working, but the original Custom shape divider that came with the theme is not working. I’m sending the screenshots.
So, basically, we want to use the same shape divider as it is on the theme, but it is not working with Elementor’s flexbox containers. Thanks!

May 7, 2024 at 1:04 pm #8454Hello Aizaz,
I must say that this is not alright at all. I’m getting really unhappy. Please take a look at screenshots of the theme and of my website and tell me if dividers look the same and if the issue has been resolved.
The dividers on the actual website are not the same as the ones on theme. Not for desktop devices, not for mobile devices.
I’m also sending a video again, so that there is no confusion anymore.

May 7, 2024 at 2:11 pm #8460And here is the most important explanation and bug shown. After the section is switched to container, shape dividers is still in the settings but it’s not working. Please take a look:
May 8, 2024 at 6:36 am #8461Hello, @zeljko-kovac97,
It is a request that try to pay attention while reading this message.
In the Aplus Pro theme, the slider/banner or carousel settings are managed using the Elementor sections (Not Containers) because Flexbox-containers doesn’t have/support the theme or other default features of Elementor. The plugin Elementor launched this flex-box container features from some recent updates before it used the section and our theme features work with the default sections only.
Here is an example, In your site I created a new block called Support testing and imported a slider from the studio library it imports with the default Elementor section and the custom shape divider is working fine because it has the option to upload the custom shape divider check this: https://postimg.cc/F7s8LN6v
However, the flex-box container doesn’t provide this option check here: https://postimg.cc/4YvcRRJK This is the main reason/issue that I explained it to you. I hope you understand. Do not try to use the Flexbox containers for the sliders/carousels or banners.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards.
May 9, 2024 at 2:12 pm #8462Okay, I understand. Can you upload the desired shape divider in media folder?
I’m sending video to avoid confusion. Thanks!
