Once 6 months of included support is up, you need to extend support for 6 or 12 months further. Even if you don’t want to extend your support, you will still have opportunities to report bugs via email or item comments.

1. How to renew / extend item support?

You can fully renew or extend item support by yourself if you have less than 6 months support remaining as far as the author is supporting the item.

We have our own well-secured support system via Alpus Forum to resolve your issues and our support is limited to only questions regarding our theme’s features or problems related with the use of our them.

  1. Visit our site and sign in first. In order to receive premium support, you should make sure you have already purchased by filling out the Purchase Code field while registering.

  2. If you’re logged in to our site, visit our support forums here.

  3. Add a topic for the issues raised during the site development process. You will receive a satisfactory solution within 24 hours.

Moreover, you can fill out the Private Area with your site account information to make it possible for the support team to access your website and fix any issues you experience. Don’t worry about privacy leaks at all. No one except the support team will see this.
