    Sorry for the inconvenience, But the thing is that the error you encountered in 504 is a server gateway error. It doesn’t relate to the theme.     We also kindly ask you to please change your given bad review now as we have helped you resolve all of your issues now and none of them was because of our theme.

    1. The first issue was because of the PHP version you were using outdated PHP version 7.2 and we updated it to 8.0
    2. The second issue was the plugin not Installed and that was the permission issue of the plugin folder which we helped you resolve.
    3. The last issue was the Demo not importing properly, so that was because of the WooCommerce plugin, as the Demo was not the Store demo, so that is why it was conflicting, we just disabled the WooCommerce plugin and reimported the demo and it worked properly.

    As indicated by the issue, you also have the server permission issue related to the creation of the directory, so for this please contact your hosting provider and ask to fix it for you OR you can read and follow the instructions written in this thread: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37157264/wordpress-plugin-install-could-not-create-directory

    After solving this issue, please let us know again.

    And also please update your site PHP version as well to minimum 7.4
